Lunch:
-mushroom quesadilla with black beans
-sandwich: roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini, swiss cheese, pesto
-6 pcs garden sushi: avocado, cucumber

Snack:
-cherry berry dried fruit
-2 cinnamon/almond meringue cookies
-glass of cranberry juice (100% juice)

Dinner:
-sushi salad: carrots, avocado, brown rice, nori
-spinach salad: corn, radish, shaved parmesan
-fennel cooked with vanilla
-“toybox” carrots
-feels like autumn salad: yams, cranberries, walnuts, feta

Dessert:
-mocha cake + whipped cream
