Breakfast:
-shredded wheat with 1% milk and maple syrup
Snack:
-1/2 canned pear
-1 piece whole grain/flax toast with apricot cherry jam
-protein shake (milk, banana, protein powder)
Lunch:
-jarslberg, avocado, & sprouts sandwich
-few bites of apple pie
Dinner:
-half of spinach flatbread thing
-bowl of butternut squash soup (from Tjs)
-lipton lemon iced tea
Dessert:
-green tea and chocolate soy ice cream
